This Story Made Me Cry
Lori Drew, nothing would make me happier than to hear that someone had slit your throat. And even if nobody does, and you live to old age, I hope you still rot in hell.

He appears to have morphed into fictional List MP Charles Ashe.
Looks like Sounds is in trouble. No surprises there. I've often stared at their constantly empty stores in crowded malls around Auckland and wondered how the hell they made money.
Some will blame music downloads. I beg to differ - CD sales are up this year. What has been the nail in the coffin for Sounds has been their complete inability to understand the market they are in. Go into any Sounds store and, after dodging the tumbleweed, check out the selection they normally have on display. It's all crap! Most of it is mainstream rubbish for mums and dads.
It's not that this stuff doesn't sell either - it's just that the mums and dads are getting it elsewhere. Most of what is displayed at Sounds can be bought in the supermarket these days. And you can guarantee that the Warehouse will have discounted it, so what's the point of paying two dollars more for the same CD at Sounds? And that's just the displays we are talking about. On the rack you are looking at $34.95 per disc, which no sane person pays anymore.
The stores that are doing well are the ones that have decent listening posts and adventurous displays with a diverse range of stuff. Sounds has neither, and that is why they have called in the administrators.
This is fascinating. Conservapedia was set up by a bunch of religious fundamentalists bothered by what they saw as Wikipedia's "liberal bias". Quite how an online encyclopaedia that almost anyone can edit would have a bias is beyond me (although I suppose the concept of an open encyclopaedia is, in itself, liberal). Well guess what the top ten pages on Conservapedia are:
Most viewed pages

Who knew Jesus was so kinky? :oP
I'm not given to much pride in my country these days, but this story has made me a patriot.
I am just about to head out to see John Cale play. With Brian Eno, he is possibly one of the greatest musical arrangers in rock history (and not a bad songwriter in his own right either). Observe:
Way better than that other guy who did it... what was his name again? Presley or something...
And of course you can't beat the classics - this one filmed in Christchurch apparently:
I want to have her babies:
Watch her on C4 every Wednesday :oP
