Scary

This is literally the scariest thing I have ever read.

Imagine the power one could exert over people if, at some stage in the future, one developed remote brain scan technology.  Budding Kim Jong Ils would have a field day.

The power to enslave mankind by its own thoughts.  The power to almost literally be God.  This sort of stuff is making me question my belief in technology as a universally beneficial phenomenon.
